  1. Do I have to go to an Insurance approved bodshop?

    No, as the owner of the vehicle, you have the right to choose the repair facility of your choice.

  2. Will the new paint match the rest of the car.

    Yes! All cars have a paint code located on the vehicle. This paint code will give the exact color of the manufacturer’s paint. 

  3. How long will the repair take?

    There is no hard and fast answer since each case is subjective. There are many factors related that can affect the length of repair time, including the extent of damage to your car, estimate approval time, parts delivery time and other. While we take every possible measure to minimize/elimiate delay's it can be difficult to accuratly determine the length of the repair.

  4. How long before I can wash my car?

    We recommend not washing the vehicle for at least 7 days after pick up. We also understand that you don't want to drive a dirty vehicle so we wash all cars prior to delivery using specific techniques and checmicals to prevent damage to freshly painted areas.
